The Barcelona team fell into a positive draw against Real Mallorca, with a score of 1-1, during the match that brought them together on Tuesday evening, at the “Iberostar” stadium, in the seventh round of the Spanish League championship of the current season 2023-2024.
Real Mallorca surprised Barcelona with the first goal of the match, in the 8th minute, by Vedat Muriqi.
Barcelona began to correct the situation against Real Mallorca, and took control of the course of events in order to score the equalizing goal.
In the 41st minute, Brazilian Rafinha scored Barcelona’s equalizer against Real Mallorca, making the score 1-1.
Abdon Prats succeeded in scoring the second goal for Real Mallorca against Barcelona, in the 45th minute of the first half.
In the second half, Barcelona controlled the midfield and threatened Mallorca’s goal with more than one dangerous ball.
In the 75th minute, Fermin Lopez scored the equalizer for Barcelona against Real Mallorca, bringing the score back to a 2-2 draw.
The match remained a debate between Barcelona and Real Mallorca until the final whistle, with a 2-2 draw between the two sides and each leaving with a point.
With this result, Barcelona raises its score to 17 points at the top of the Spanish League table, one point ahead of runner-up Girona, while Real Madrid comes in third place with 15 points, and finally, Real Mallorca’s score freezes at point 6 in 15th place.
